Legal Advice Sessions are at a minimum 120 minutes (2 Hours) long, and also includes an additional 10 minutes at the outset of every call, which you aren't charged for, to provide your lawyer with the appropriate context to give you the best advice. Ensure that you describe and submit all the documentation you'd like reviewed, and also schedule the appropriate amount of time for the lawyer to properly review your information. You will make the best use of your session if:

you have a list of questions you'd like to ask ahead of time

be prepared to take notes, or record the discussion

You're ready to take notes: hand written, recording the call.

You provide a detailed summary of your situation ahead of time, preferably in chronological, bullet point format.

What to expect during your
Legal Writing Assistance Session
If you've submitted documentation ahead of time, the lawyer will review prior to your call. The lawyer will then give you the opportunity describe your circumstances, and ask questions, and give you their thoughts/guidance based on the circumstances that are described.

​In order to provide the most complete advice, the lawyer may:
